Many of us wish we could study with Odd Nerdrum to learn more about his approach to painting but achieving this goal is not within everyone’s reach.

The 6 week “Learn Kitsch Painting” course was simply wonderful. The course has the right balance between practical and theoretical content.
Understanding the philosophy of Kitsch is as important as learning how to prepare a good ground or use the Apelles palette.

For me, one of the most enjoyable aspects of this course was the feedback given to all students twice a week and the virtual interaction between all participants.
In my opinion, this makes this course stand out and be better than other online courses in which one is simply a passive spectator.
I felt almost like I was in the studio with other apprentices learning together as we were tutored by a master painter.

The course is packed with information that one cannot process in 6 weeks, so it is excellent that one can have access to this content for an entire year.

The lectures about storytelling were extremely inspiring and informative.

The quality-price ratio of this course is better than good. Considering the content of the course and especially the bi-weekly critiques, the actual worth of the course is much more than it’s current price.
